16 teams divided into two groups
- 8 teams from Overall Ranking
- 8 teams from each regions top 2 ranking tema (China, Korea Republic, Thailand, and Vietnam)

- Matches are Best of five
- extra time and penalties are available in each round
- Final Matches are Best of Five
- Top 2 teams of each group advance to Grand Final
